TAELLN411 - Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills
As a trainer and assessor it is critical that you can identify the language, literacy and numeracy requirements of the programs you deliver and the core skills of your participants. This course is designed to assist you in developing these skills to support them. This unit forms part of The National Foundation Skills Strategy to support and upskill trainers. Consecutive weeks from start date. No concession.
The College is required to issue your qualification in your full name so please bring photo ID, pen and paper to the first session.
From 1/1/15 anyone undertaking accredited training must have a USI (Unique Student Identifier). The College will require you to apply for one before it can issue any qualifications or Statements of Attainment. Go to www.usi.gov.au and apply for one now. It will only take 5-10 minutes - you just enter your personal details with one form of ID (e.g. Driver's licence, Medicare card, passport, etc). Please forward the ‘Successful creation of USI’ email you receive to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please contact the College office on 9826 6455 if more information is required.
