So you're thinking Easter Treats is just another way to say CHOCOLATE! Well yes it could be, however there are a few chocolate free and gluten free recipes in the mix. Recipes include Chocolate Bark, Hand-made Easter Eggs, Easter biscuits, Easter Egg Slice, Cherry & Marzipan Cupcakes, Chocolate & Almond Torrone, Lemon Pound Cakes, Double Chocolate Brownies and Blondies. Participants will be supplied an E-book of recipes to select and shop for the ingredients to prepare their chosen recipe each week. Equipment will be supplied. This is a fun course and very hands on, and what better way to treat family and friends than with a homemade gift. It's the perfect opportunity to create something a little out of the ordinary with an experienced foodie at your side. Consecutive weeks from start date. No concession.

Materials

Please add bring cooler bag and frozen ice brick if recipe selected requires chilling.

Bring disposable gloves, tea towel, paper towel, apron, oven mitts, sharp knife, fork, knife, spoon and containers for leftover food. Please wear enclosed shoes for this course.
