Want to improve your menu options? Fast and fresh will inspire you with meal options in under 30 minutes. Utilising fresh ingredients and prepare ahead options you will never be stick for healthy meals again. Course includes a range of meals including pasta, chicken, mince and lamb as well as fish and vegetarian options. Stock up on ideas for a variety of healthy dinners, lunches and snacks. Pay tutor $40 for ingredients. Recipe book included in course fee. Consecutive weeks from start date. No concession.

Tutor will supply course ingredients - bring $40 for ingredients.
Bring disposable gloves, tea towel, paper towel, apron, oven mitts, sharp knife, fork, knife, spoon and containers for leftover food. Please wear enclosed shoes for this course.
NB: If you do not turn up for this workshop we will be unable to refund your fee as it will have been used to conduct the course & reimburse the tutor for food purchased & not required.
If going to your course via the M5 please be aware that occasional roadwork on weekends may extend your travel time. Please allow plenty of time to arrive at your course on time.
