Matwork designed to tighten abdominals, improve core muscles, strength and agility of your body. Feel rejuvenated and work at your own ability using the STOTT PILATES method. This course is not suitable for pregnant women. If any exercises feel uncomfortable Pam will give you modifications (one on one) before the start of the class. She is always 15 minutes early for this purpose where participants can approach her with any questions that they may have.
Bring THICK exercise mat (available at KMart approx $15 or Big W for approx $20) towel and water bottle.
