A gentle way to regain your quality of life by strengthening your entire spine, shoulders, abdominals and hips. Using light weights to help you mobilise your joints, improving posture and core muscles. Work at your own ability using the STOTT PILATES method. This course is not suitable for pregnant women. If any exercises feel uncomfortable Karol will give you modifications (one on one) before the start of the class. She is always 15 minutes early for this purpose where participants can approach her with any questions that they may have.
Bring THICK exercise mat (available at KMart approx $15 or Big W for approx $20) towel and water bottle.
Greg Percival Community Centre is on the corner of Oxford and Cumberland Roads, Ingleburn.
