This course will provide you with practical experiences of meditation such as: mindfulness, guided visualisation and heart-centred. You will learn how to apply those to increase mental, emotional and spiritual health and well-being and strengthen your inner guidance (intuition). Stronger intuition will help you get certainty, clarity and confidence about your life and future. There are no prerequisites and everyone is welcome, especially those who seek personal growth and connection with like minded individuals.

Mindfulness and breathing techniques
Guided visualisation (yoga nidra)
