Do you need PD hours? This course provides meaningful engagement and evidence for NESA Teacher Accreditation PD hours.
The National Law and Regulations were amended in February 2026 and the National Quality Standards on 1st February 2018 - do you and your educators know what has changed? Do you and your educators understand your legal obligations in day to day running of a service? Are you setting up an Education and Care service or family day care scheme? Are you applying to be an Approved provider? Part of the approval process now involves an online assessment that you must pass.
Is the information about the approved provider (including PMCs) notified to the regulatory authority and current? This course will cover how to find the information you need to know about your legal and regulatory requirements and provide some practice situations that you may encounter when running a service so you will know what the law says is required. Course complies with the Start Strong Program funding guidelines. No concession.
Classes are organised into 4 terms each year, with speciality workshops running throughout the year.

Materials
You will be emailed useful supporting documents, including a quiz to reinforce meaningful engagement in PD, within 1 business day after enrolment. You must email the completed quiz to enquiry@macarthurcc.com.au for the Tutor to mark and arrange issue of your certificate.
