Cake Decorating - Beginners


  • This course will introduce participants to the basic skills of cake decorating and sugar art. You will be shown techniques related to tools and equipment, covering a cake using icing, use of modelling paste and basic piping with royal icing. First Aid - Senior Refresher/Update
