This course introduces you to Leadership in Early Childhood Education and Care. You will learn how to implement strength-based strategies for improving team morale and exploring leadership styles that support effective leadership.

Materials

You will be emailed useful supporting documents, including a quiz to reinforce meaningful engagement in PD, within 1 business day after enrolment. You must email the completed quiz to enquiry@macarthurcc.com.au for the Tutor to mark and arrange issue of your certificate.
