Learn an Authentic ancient Chinese Martial Art - Chen Style Practical Method Taijiquan (Tai Chi) - to improve your balance, health and vitality. It has been proven that Tai Chi has a healing effect and can build up your immune system. Ideal for those wanting to reduce their risk of falls. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water and a towel.
