• A great way to help you lose weight, reduce stress and improve your posture. Improved flexibility decreases injuries and minimises recovery time from workouts. • This course is designed for beginners and those with some experience. You will learn to construct small items from slabs and coils as well as wheel work and glazing techniques. Continuing participants welcome - work on your own project with tutor guidance. An additional $25 is payable first session for clay and glazes.
