This is the second Cluster of the five Clusters needed to complete the TAE40122 qualification. This one-unit cluster will introduce you to the Vocational Education and Training (VET) regulatory sector and how to operate in it. It will cover the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) standards, Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) and other standards and regulations you operate in your role as a VET practitioner.

Cluster Two includes the unit TAEDEL311 - Provide work skill instruction - from the first cluster, to form a Skill set: TAESS00028 - Work Skill Instructor Skill Set.
Cluster Two includes the following Unit of Competency (provided you have completed Cluster One):
1. TAEPDD401 - Work effectively in the VET sector
NOTE:
If you do not complete Cluster One, you will need to complete the following two units in Cluster Two:
1.TAEDEL311 Provide work skill instruction
2.TAEPDD401 Work effectively in the VET sector

Before you proceed to enrol, you need to check that the 12 units which we have selected, from the total 26 units in the full qualification, suit your needs. We are unable to deliver units which are not stated in the clusters, as outlined.

Assessment comprises written knowledge questions based on research, scenarios and self-reflection. You submit a completed assessment document for marking.

Under ASQA Clause 7.3 Protecting pre-paid fees by learners, Macarthur Community College does not collect fees in excess of $1500. Where the fee for a Cluster or any training exceeds $1500, the college will collect up to $1500 with the balance required to be paid by the learner, over the course of the training.

Following enrolment in this cluster, you will be emailed the learning and assessment documents for TAEPDD401 - Work effectively in the VET sector, (If you do not complete Cluster One, you will be emailed the following two units in Cluster Two - TAEDEL311- Provide work skill instruction and TAEPDD401- Work effectively in the VET sector), within two business days. The documents will be in Microsft Word or PDF format.
