This two-hour Trial Session is an introduction to Beginners Acting for adults, and an opportunity for you to experience our fun and nurturing approach, meet new people and connect to your creativity. We will guide you through a series of introductory drama games and activities which will encourage you to develop a sense of play and spontaneity, improve self-confidence and feel a sense of personal freedom and creative expression. No concession.

They will help you to build confidence, feel at ease in front of an audience, whether in a professional or social setting, and introduce you to lots of tools that you can apply on stage, at work and in your daily life.

Materials

Wear clothing that you feel comfortable in. In this course you will learn by participating in practical activities, so please wear clothing and footwear that you are able to move in.
