Prior to enrolling you and starting your formal training, we must review your LLND skills level. This quiz is designed to identify whether you might benefit from extra help to set you up for success on your qualification journey.

d. Attach and send with your completed enrolment application forms.
This Nationally Recognised Training (NRT) course provides you with the theoretical and practical skills and knowledge to work in a range of business environments. You can select from four skills specialisations: Customer Engagement, Business Administration, Medical Administration and Records and Information Management. The qualification includes core units that address foundation or employability skills to function in a business environment and electives, which are aligned with the four specialisation streams. A full list of units is available on the College website.
This qualification reflects the role of individuals in a variety of Business Services job roles. It is likely that these individuals are establishing their own work performance.
Individuals in these roles carry out a range of routine procedural, clerical, administrative or operational tasks that require technology and business skills. They apply a broad range of competencies using some discretion, judgment and relevant theoretical knowledge. They may provide technical advice and support to a team.
This course is completed via an online learning platform, which is accessed through the internet 24/7 in the comfort of your own home or workplace. You will manage your learning with the support of your tutor. You have a maximum of 3 months from time of enrolment to complete an individual unit of competency.
The course may be completed as a full qualification or as individual units. You can undertake this qualification unit by unit and pay as you go. There are 13 units of competency required to complete this qualification. We will register you in the online learning system and collect each subsequent unit fee immediately prior to our tutor logging you on to the system with your username and password. The unit fee is the published fee divided by the number of units, rounded up to the next whole dollar.
To complete your qualification, you will need access to a real workplace or replicated workplace. Most assessment activities require a safe environment in a typical general office administration field of work and include access to office equipment and resources, workplace policies and procedures and other documentation, interaction with others, customers and staff. Please contact the College office before enrolling if you do not have access to a paid or voluntary work placement to satisfy these requirements.

Materials
This course is completed via the Catapult online learning platform, which is accessed through the internet 24/7 in the comfort of your own home or workplace. You will manage your learning with the support of your tutor. You have a maximum of 3 months from time of enrolment to complete an individual unit of competency.
Please ensure you have an email address in order to undertake this course.
Once you have enrolled, you will be contacted typically within 2 working days and issued with a user name and password. You will need to advise the College of your email address before this can be issued in order to complete your work online.
Since 1/1/15 anyone undertaking accredited training must have a USI (Unique Student Identifier). The College will require you to apply for one before it can issue any Qualifications or Statements of Attainment.
Go to www.usi.gov.au and apply for one now. It will only take 5-10 minutes - you just enter your personal details with one form of ID (e.g. Driver‘s licence, Medicare card, passport, etc). Alternatively you can give the College permission to apply for one for you.
