Cake Decorating - Beginners

This course will introduce participants to the basic skills of cake decorating and sugar art. You will be shown techniques related to tools and equipment, covering a cake using icing, use of modelling paste and basic piping with royal icing. Learn how to make some sugar flowers (including Waratah, Carnations, Frangipanis and filling flowers) and then put the finished product together.
