Do you love to dance individually, learn some choreography and sweat to burn calories with
simple dance moves? Then this is the course for you. We dance to latin, Rock‘n‘Roll, pop,
Bollywood, Mambo, Cha Cha, Salsa and aerobic styles and dance steps. Lauren will take you
through a beautiful warm up followed by Zumba dance style and mild fitness exercises. Followed
by a 20-30 mins of lovely cool down and stretch also using moves from Yoga & Pilates. Improve
your flexibility, strengthen your muscles and leave you feeling relaxed after a great dance
workout.
Any age can join this fun class so come ready for lots of smiles, laughs, giggles and wiggles as
your instructor incorporates lots of different styles of dance. No concession.
Agenda

Campbelltown Performing Arts HS is on Beverley Road, off Chamberlain Street.
Car parks are in the school grounds off Beverley Road. Please note that the staff parking sign on the car park gate only applies during weekdays - not for our evening or weekend courses.
Co-ordinators (Vicki or Gavin) are located in the single level Administration building next to the Hall.
