Do you need PD hours? This course provides meaningful engagement and evidence for NESA Teacher Accreditation PD hours.
The National Quality Standards changed in February 2018 so regulated children‘s services are required to update their QIP in line with these standards. This course will cover the new standards and provide guidance on how to write on the QIP in each area. Feedback from industry suggests that many people are not filling their QIP out correctly so this will be a very practical session. It will also cover common elements from the NQS that many services have been rated at working towards in. Course complies with the Start Strong Program funding guidelines. No concession.

Agenda

1. Why do we need to develop a QIP?

2. What do we include in a QIP?

3. Who is involved in the Development of the QIP

4. What are 5 Critically reflective questions you could ask to contribute to your QIP?

5. How can your QIP facilitate quality practice?
