Have you recently graduated with a teaching degree and teaching in a school or Early Childhood Service? If so you will now need to be registered with The NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) to work towards becoming a proficient teacher. This course will outline the teacher standards, the process from provisional to proficient and provide information on the types of evidence you need to start collecting for your portfolio and how to annotate the evidence and can contribute towards you meeting proficient teacher accreditation requirements. This course will outline the teacher standards, the process from provisional to proficient, explain the proficiency levels, show you how to understand the descriptors, explain the process from provisional to proficient and provide information on the types of evidence you need to start collecting for your portfolio and how to annotate this evidence.
